Description;

Air Radiators has been a significant manufacturer of heat exchange equipment for over 30 years in it’s Lara operation.

Given the complexity of customised products, many of which are one-off designs, the manufacturing plant can be challenged to meet delivery schedules, maintain excellent quality and manage the logistics associated with these products.

Mark Power and his team have met this challenge by creating their Obeya room, and they meet to interrogate their daily progress and scheduling needs, along with safety, Quality, Sales & Planning SME’s, to define the next 24 hours.

At this event, you will:

• Attend a ‘live’ Obeya meeting, and witness it in action
• Have an opportunity to question the Obeya process for the 7 departments concerned after the meeting.
• Partake of a plant tour of this facility, and see great examples of visual management and 5 S, and efficient workplace layout throughout the organisation
• See effective teams operating, doing the actions from the Obeya meeting to meet customer needs armed with clear goals, clear direction, and excellent results!
