Alistair Miller, Manager Business Improvement – Customer & Corporate Services, City of Greater Geelong, is charged with leading business improvement in the City of Greater Geelong. 2,500+ employees and over 30 business units. He has many years of experience as an executive coach and trainer in the aviation industry, followed up by several years increasing lean capability in the City of Melbourne, where he worked in the local laws area.
