The City of Greater Geelong will share the story of the secret ingredient often overlooked in transformation programs – organisation design.
One of the City’s major strategic programs of work, the “Future Ways of Working” (FWoW) is aimed at evolving all components the organisation over the next 3 years, taking a whole of system view on organisation performance and change – people, process, and technology.
A major difference to other Organisation Design processes is this is being driven internally – building the capability in-house so that it can be delivered by the City’s employees.
