GMHBA is an Australian not for profit health fund that has been serving the community since 1934, and with more than 80 years’ experience has become one of the country’s leading regionally based private health insurers. GMHBA’s mission is to support the health of communities for generations to come.
Mary Dougherty, Business Planning and Strategy Manager at GMHBA, will cover how GMHBA has applied agile and lean methodologies. There are many ways to set up an agile wall, and the tour will demonstrate ways different teams are using this tool.
