Improvement Expo at the TAC

The TAC Claims Business Improvement branch is hosting a Home Improvement themed expo for the Claims Division.

The Transport Accident Commission is conducting an Expo for its employees communicating the role and achievements of the “Claims Business Improvement” branch.
The TAC has generously offered a number of places for Geelong Quality Council participants.

We are inviting you to come visit our improvement “Tradies” on site. They will be showing some of their completed work, they will offer some improvement DIY hints and tips and offer a quote for those bigger jobs around the business.

Expo stalls will include;

• Business Management Framework – Sometimes you don’t see what is holding up the house. Come and learn about the framework that is keeping the Claims walls standing.
• Process Improvement – Learn how to approach those pesky leaks and dripping taps. The Process team will showcase continuous improvement and structured problem solving.
• Learning and Development in your roles – People learn in different ways, the functional training team will show their tools for learning and how they assist Claims with Learning and Development.
• System Optimisation – The one stop electrical stop for all your system changes! The lighting consultants will talk about their work and the exciting world of Business Initiative Proposals!
