About Dynamic Organisational Networks.
Today, Businesses is complex. It’s no longer possible for any organisation to exist in isolation – it’s not one company against another – it’s one network against another network. These networks are globally dispersed. You need a different philosophy and approach to establish and manage these networks .
The Dynamic Organisational Network Principles provide a Theory of Leadership and Management to do exactly that.
This will help you to establish and better manage your providers in a world which is in a constant state of flux.

About Professor Balaji Reddie
Currently a professor in Operations Management, Balaji Reddie has been interested in the Deming Management Approach since 1994.
An engineer by trade, Balaji was exposed to W. Edwards Deming’s work when he was undergoing Quality training, and later discovered his father had been in Japan during Deming’s time. Balaji’s interest in the Deming Approach deepened when he read the book ‘The Deming Dimension’ authored by the founder of the British Deming Association, Dr. Henry R. Neave. Balaji reached out to Henry who became Balaji’s mentor and tutored Balaji through correspondence (not e-mail). They met in person after having corresponded for five years!
Today, Balaji’s understandings of the Deming Approach appear in the form of ‘Contributions from Balaji Reddie’ in Henry’s Magnum Opus ’12 Days to Deming’.
Balaji teaches Management of Operations, Design of Provider Networks (Supply Chains), Business Process Re-engineering, and Total Quality Management.
