Huyck.Wangner / Xerium was struggling to survive in 2012. Under General Manager Mikel Dean’s leadership, a solid plan and a committed workforce, the plant is now competing and succeeding where it had previously struggled.
The quality of product coming from Geelong has facilitated much of this gain, and to be competitive, some hard decisions have had to be taken, ultimately this plant is succeeding against the odds.
Mikel will share how they manage to maintain quality, using common sense approach that has enabled them to be competitive.There will be an opportunity to hear their vision and then see first hand the standard routines and practices that enable these results to be achieved.
