The practical expression of Toyota‘s people and customer-oriented philosophy is known as the Toyota Production System (TPS). This is not a rigid company-imposed procedure but a set of principles that have been proven in day-to-day practice over many years. Many of these ideas have been adopted and imitated all over the world. Toyota has a fully integrated manufacturing plant in Altona which incorporates state-of-the-art weld, paint and assembly shops to produce cars that have been independently recognised as some of the best quality locally built vehicles. Join us for this Plant Tour to see the Toyota Production System in operation!

We have been fortunate to secure this plant tour and places are strictly limited to two persons per organization. The tour involves up to 2 hours of walking and you must have a moderate level of fitness in order to undertake the plant tour. Wear long legged cotton trousers and comfortable fully enclosed flat sole shoes. PPE will be provided. We encourage immediate booking if you would like to attend.
