The Geelong Quality Council focuses on operational excellence to support and inspire local businesses across a range of industries, including the manufacturing and service sectors.
This event consists of 7 presentations from local Geelong businesses that have overcome challenges to deliver business improvement and growth, particularly during times of change.
Their presentations will highlight challenges they’ve faced and the tools and techniques they’ve used to overcome them and deliver success.
At the end of each presentation, time will be given to the audience to ask questions and discussion.
The event aims to provide understanding knowledge and confidence to motivate businesses to embark on or accelerate their own improvement journey.
This will help support, strengthen and grow local business, by adding to their skills, knowledge and capabilities.
